Restaurants to view fireworks on July 4th

Help! I need to make reservations for July 4th and was wondering which waterfront restaurant will have the best view. Any suggestions?

A. The fireworks will most likely be cancelled because the city council didn%26#39;t provide money this year .

B. Most places are booked by now anyway for that time period .

C. You might consider the boat cruise if there are any available tickets left . ( there is a second boat tour that goes from somewhere about 30 miles nort .)

Thanks for your input. I ended up booking a reservation at the Mooring. They have harbor views from the restaurant.
