We%26#39;re a couple in our mid-40%26#39;s looking for a romantic B%26amp;B, inn or motel for a weekend of hiking and biking. Not looking for fancy amenities, but would prefer ocean view, deck or porch, private bathroom and clean facilities. Any suggestions? I have read about the Blue Dory, Spring House and Paynes Harbor View. Also if I had to eat at the best seafood meal on the island, where would it be?

Newbies Looking for Romantic Aug. weekend in BI
We have stayed at Paynes and the Barrington Inn. They are right across the street from one another. Paynes is much ';fancier'; as it it a newly renovated building with a great deck and hot tubs in some of the rooms. The room we stayed in had a hot tub and was a very large room with great views.
Barrinton is more modest but has a littel more Bed and Breakfast feel as you are likely to have breakfast and chat with the owners and other guests.
Barrington is less expensive.
Our favorite food on the island is at the Oar Restaurant, it doesn%26#39;t get any better than sitting on their deck at the marina and drinking frozen mudlsides eating crab cakes, peel your own shrimp, and chowder.
