Providence to the Cape

What time should we leave Providence on a Staurday morning in August to arrive at the Cape with only limited traffic? 7am? 8am? earlier?

The bridge is about 45 minutes from Providence, so I%26#39;d say leave at 7am at the latest to try and avoid some of the traffic. Good luck!
