We%26#39;re going to exchange a week of our RCI timeshare for our 1 year anniversary. Our honeymoon resort was horrible, so we%26#39;re really looking for a solid 4+ star. We%26#39;d like to be near the coast and the trip will be in October. We%26#39;re not picky about what town we go to. Any reccomendations?
1 Year Anniversary on the Coast in Fall
Well, you%26#39;ve posted in the Newport forum, so I assume you%26#39;d want something fairly close to that. One place that I%26#39;ve heard nice things about is the Bristol Harbor Inn, in Bristol, RI, about 20 minutes outside of Newport. For Newport itself, the Castle Hill Inn is a highly recommended choice -- great location and wonderful restaurant. Also in Newport is the Francis Malbone Inn -- don%26#39;t overlook the B%26amp;Bs in your quest. Also heard nice things about Hydrangea House. Some of my most memorable stays when travelling have been in B%26amp;Bs.

In Newport, if you are looking for 4+ star, I would recommend Castlehill. It is wonderful and will make up for any shortcoming you may have experienced elsewhere. The beach houses are the best accommodations.
